Thomas Wayne Mollema, age 72, of Pond Eddy, NY passed peacefully at the home of his son, Ryan, on Tuesday, June 29, 2021. Tom was born October 3, 1948 to the late Henry Robert and Ruth Mollema in Oakland, NJ. He retired as a welder/fabricator for the Sullivan County Department of Public Works.

He was predeceased by his wife, Diana. Surviving are his sons Chris (Natalie) of York, SC and Ryan (Jamie) of Harris, NY, as well as grandchildren Troy, Carter, Landon, Lyndi, Alex and Anna. His final wishes were to be cremated and the ashes buried next to his wife. A graveside service will be held Friday, July 9, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Anne’s Cemetery, Shohola, PA.
