WOODRIDGE — The Village of Woodridge passed a new local law on Monday, April 3 that increases the exemption rates for all senior citizens in the area. This essentially increases the minimum and maximum limits of income that is able to qualify for the exemption rate for senior citizens. The maximum allowable income for senior citizens would change from $29,000 to $50,000.
The Village Board of trustees voted unanimously to pass the new local law.
