Way to Go 7th and 8th Grade Students!

TRI-VALLEY — On Friday, February 10, a special ceremony was held at Tri-Valley Central School for 7th and 8th grade students. The assembly, put on by the 7th and 8th grade teachers, recognized students for achieving Perfect Attendance, Honor Roll, High Honor Roll, and Principal’s Honor Roll for the first quarter.

Special awards were also given to students who the 7th and 8th grade teachers selected as going above and beyond expectations inside and outside of the classroom. In the 8th grade, Jacob Davison and Rebecca Squires won awards for Academic Excellence, Aaron Edwards and Luis Cholula-Jimenez won awards for Leadership, Caitlyn Monell and Novalee Morton won awards for Outstanding Work Ethic, Johnathan Moore and Jacob Van Etten won awards for Most Improved, Janiel Prado and Kaylee Taubl won awards for Outstanding Participation, and Hiram Roman and Anthony Schuman won awards for Exemplary Collaboration.

In the 7th grade, Ava Bush and Avery Carrier won awards for Academic Excellence, Matthew Cuji Angamarca and Julia Sweetman won awards for Leadership, Timothy Kufert and Jiya Patel won awards for Outstanding Work Ethic, Maddox Cruz and Leland Reinshagen won awards for Most Improved, Kenneth Green and Sanaa Lawrence won awards for Outstanding Participation, and Christopher Parken and Carter Ukaj won awards for Exemplary Collaboration.

Congratulations to all of the students who were recognized. We are very, very proud of all of their accomplishments!
