SULLIVAN COUNTY -- Youth turkey hunters get ready to compete. The Sullivan County Long Beards are holding their annual Youth Turkey Hunt Contest this weekend (April 24 and 25) for hunters between 12 and 15 years old.

Winners will be determined by the National Wild Turkey Federation's official scoring system (length of beard(s) and spur(s) plus weight).

Weigh in on both days will be held at Fur, Fin and Feather in Livingston Manor from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
