Helen Audrey Goble, a lifelong resident of Liberty, New York, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at the age of 82 years.
Daughter of the late Andrew “Dutch” Rampe and Eula Spencer Rampe, she was born February 6th, 1938.
Helen was a graduate of St. Peter's School and Liberty High School. She retired with 39 years of service from the New York Telephone Company. In that time, she worked in Liberty, Monticello, Binghamton, and Kingston as a supervisor, operator, clerk and trainer of new employees. After retirement, she worked in the office of many local schools.
