Home to the longest running independent fair in New York State, the Grahamsville Fairgrounds were buzzing with activity as the The Grahamsville Little World’s Fair celebrated its 145th year this past weekend. Over the course of the three-day event, patrons were treated to beloved regional traditions, hosted by the Neversink Agricultural Society.
With heavy involvement from the local 4-H clubs, the fair offered a rich showcase of agricultural and livestock exhibits, where visitors could meet cows, goats, alpacas, sheep, and more, creating an especially engaging experience for young and curious fairgoers. Adding to the fun, the weekend’s schedule included unique highlights like a lumberjack show, watermelon‑eating contest, BubbleDad! performances, racing pigs, live music and more.
More than a fair, this event felt like a celebration of community. In short, the Grahamsville Little World’s Fair delivered on nostalgia, community spirit and wholesome fun—another memorable chapter in its long-standing legacy.
