scheduled to vote on the proposed moratorium law, Local Law #1-2025, at the November 12 meeting. If approved, the moratorium would last 12 months with a possible six-month extension.

Bethel election results (unofficial at this writing): Billy Crumley and Adam Gold win Town Council. William Little, Jr is seated as the 3rd Judicial District Supreme Court Justice. All other offices ran unopposed. The local candidates should be applauded for stepping up and their election run.

Bethel Self Storage is hosting a non-perishable food collection for United Way until November 14. The Monticello Catholic Charities Pantry is open Wednesdays.
