Bloody Mary Mocktail

I have big news! My husband and I are expecting our first child in October and we couldn't be more excited. With this very exciting change comes some pregnancy cravings, and my biggest one to date has been Bloody Mary Mocktails. I guess it could be worse, there are some health benefits, right? I've been making them on the weekends for brunch as a special treat, and if you're feeling boozy, add in 2 oz of your favorite vodka.  Please be mindful that this is only for one serving so if you'd like to make a batch, just quadruple it!

You will need:

1 cup tomato juice

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

2–3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

2 dashes hot sauce (like Tabasco)

1 pinch celery salt

1 pinch black pepper

1 pinch smoked paprika

1 tsp prepared horseradish

1 splash pickle juice or olive brine

Ice

Fill your glass up with ice. A key detail is that this Bloody Mary needs to be served ice cold. In a separate glass pour in your tomato juice and lemon juice. Add Worcestershire, your seasonings, and hot sauce and stir well. Adjust the flavors if needed. I love mine extra spicy, so I add a significant amount of horseradish. Pour over ice and enjoy!
