This two-day feast of freedom features $25 pork plates stacked high with smoky, slow-roasted pork and served with classic summer sides – potato salad and steamed corn. Pair your plate with an ice-cold beer from the Catskill Brewery taproom, open all day with a full lineup of fan favorites.
Live music lineup:
Friday, July 4 at 2pm – Wolfman Jack Primal Dead, a powerful Grateful Dead tribute bringing psychedelic jams and cosmic vibes.
Saturday, July 5 at 2pm – Bombzer Funk is an exciting and original funk-soul-jazz fusion group emerging from the NYC music scene. Their signature sound combines tight arrangements reminiscent of Earth, Wind & Fire and Michael Brecker, offering catchy hooks, soulful improvisation, and invigorating rhythms.
