The blustery wind blew all things spooky, scary, and silly into Callicoon this Saturday.

The Delaware Youth Center held its annual Halloween parade, welcoming costumed kids (and their families) to follow the Callicoon Fire Department’s truck down Main Street, ending the promenade at the facility on Creamery Road.

There the kids were welcomed with goodie bags and festive fun on the Delaware Youth Center grounds.
