JEFFERSONVILLE – Young musicians performed December 12 in the Holiday Music Recital at The Janice Center. Students in piano, flute and guitar played before a packed room of family and friends. Instrumental lessons in clarinet, drums, flute, guitar, piano and sax are offered at The Janice Center.

There is still time to join the Winter Session of Music Together: Thursday at 9:30 a.m. or Saturday at 11:30 a.m. Classes are 45 minutes and the session runs 10 weeks. Music Together is the flagship program at The Janice Center, starting more than 2,000 students on the road to musical and social development. Many have gone on to play musical instruments and participate in dance classes with a more developed musical ear and sense of rhythm.
