Dimeco, Inc. announces Second Quarter 2025 Earnings

HONESDALE, PA – Dimeco, Inc. (OTCQX: DIMC), the holding company for The Dime Bank reported total assets of $1.1 billion on June 30, 2025, an increase of $88.6 million or 8.6% from the second quarter of 2024. Total loans of $771.9 million reflect an increase of $37.7 million or 5.1% over last year. Total deposits were $952.7 million on June 30, 2025, an increase of $79.1 million or 9.1% over the previous year. Stockholders’ equity showed growth from June 30, 2024 of $12.1 million to $113.5 million on June 30, 2025.  

Net income of $7.8 million for the first six months of 2025 was $2.4 million or 44.1% greater than the same period last year. This resulted in an annualized return on average assets of 1.41% and return on average equity of 14.18%.  

Dimeco’s Board of Directors declared dividends of $.84 per share for the first half of 2025, a 5.0% rise over last year, resulting in an annualized dividend yield of 4.60%.

President and Chief Executive Officer Peter Bochnovich stated, “2025 is off to a strong start for Dimeco, Inc.
