HIGHLAND – The Planning Board of the Town of Highland will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 190 of the Town of Highland Code on two applications. Application # 1-2026 involves Mr. Michael Acevedo at 135 Mud Pond Road, Highland Lake, NY 12743, who is seeking approval for a Special Use Permit for an accessory dwelling on the property identified as Town of Highland, Section 4.A Block 1 Lot 18. 

Application #2-2026 involves Mr. James Follette of 19 Washington Beach Rd., Eldred, NY 12732, who is presenting to the board for a Special Use Permit for identified as Town of Highland Section 25., Block 1 Lot 35. Said hearing will be held on January 28 at the Eldred Town Hall, 4 Proctor Road, Eldred, NY at 6:00 PM, at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
