NARROWSBURG – Join library adult programmer, Ciera, to learn a new skill of making jewelry and hair clips with epoxy resin. This program will be held at the Tusten-Cochecton Branch of the Western Sullivan Public Library on Monday, January 13th at 5pm. Ages 18+ recommended, registration required.

*Proper care will be taken when using epoxy.
