A nonprofit organization in Liberty is seeking sealed bids for the sale and installation of security related enhancements. The project includes: installation of Closed-Circuit Television equipment, perimeter fencing, lighting The selection criteria will be based knowledge of surveillance and security, adherence to projected work schedule, prior experience, references, and cost.
