A nonprofit organization in Liberty is seeking sealed bids for the sale and installation of security related enhancements. The project includes: installation of Closed-Circuit Television equipment, perimeter fencing, The selection criteria will be based on knowledge of surveillance and security, adherence to projected work schedule, prior experience, references, and cost. Bids will be accepted until 4pm on 3/22/23 and work is to commence by 04/15/2022 and be
