LEGAL NOTICE

ANNUAL ELECTION

OF THE

HURLEYVILLE FIRE DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the annual election of the Hurleyville Fire District will take place on December 14, 2021, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Hurleyville Fire House located at 166 Main Street, Hurleyville, NY.

Purpose of such election is to elect one Commissioner for a five-year term, commencing January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2026 and to elect one Secretary-Treasurer for a three-year term, commencing January 1, 2022, and ending December 31, 2024.

All voters registered with the Sullivan County Board of Elections on or before November 22, 2021 and residing within the Hurleyville Fire District shall be eligible to vote.

Candidates for this District Office must file their name with the Secretary of the Hurleyville Fire District on or before November 24, 2021.

Masks and physical distancing precautions will be observed.
