Annual Election of the Kauneonga Lake Fire District
DECEMBER 14, 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual election of the Kauneonga Lake Fire District will take place on December 14, 2021 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Kauneonga Lake Firehouse, 3574 NYS Route 55, Kauneonga Lake, NY.
The purpose of the election is electing one (1) Fire Commissioner for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2026. Candidates for District Office shall have filed their names with the Secretary of the Kauneonga Lake Fire District at PO Box 775, Kauneonga Lake, NY 12749 no later than 20 days prior to the election, November 24. 2021. The candidate must indicate when filing their name which office they are seeking.
Only residents of the fire district registered with the Sullivan County Board of Elections on or before November 22, 2021 shall be eligible to vote.
