LEGAL NOTICE

Annual Election of the Neversink Fire District

Held on December 9th, 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Neversink Fire District will take

place on December 9th, 2025 between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm at the Neversink Fire House located at 7486 State Route 55, Neversink, New York for the purpose of electing three Commissioners for the following vacancies;

- One, five year term, commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31st, 2029.

- One, two year term, commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31st, 2027.

- One, one year term, commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31st, 2026.

All voters registered with the Sullivan County Board of Elections on or before November 17th, 2025 and residing within the Neversink Fire District will be eligible to vote.

Candidates for District Office will need to have filed their names and the office they are seeking

in writing with the Secretary of Neversink Fire District, at the firehouse at Neversink Fire District,

PO Box 394, Neversink, New York 12765, no later that 20 days prior to the election with the last

day for a Candidate to file their name in writing being November 19th, 2025.
