LEGAL NOTICE

Annual Election of the Swan Lake Fire District. Notice is hereby given to the annual election of the Swan Lake Fire District will take place on December 13, 2022, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p,m, at the Swan Lake Fire house located at Main St. Swan Lake, NY.

Purpose of such election is to elect one Commissioner for a five-year tern, Commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2027. All voters registered with the Sullivan County Board of Elections on or before November 21, 2022 and residing within the Swan Lake Fire District Sahll be eligible to vote. Candidates for the District office must file their name with the Secretary Of the Swan Lake Fire Distirct on or before November 23, 2022. By the order of Board of Fire Commissioners of the Swan Lake Fire District.
