LEGAL NOTICE

DESIGNATION OF OFFICES TO BE FILLED AND TERMS THEREOF FOR MARCH 21, 2023 VILLAGE OF JEFFERSONVILLE ELECTION

WHEREAS, the next General Election for the Village of Jeffersonville village offices will be held March 21, 2023, and;

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees must designate by resolution, 90 days prior to said election, and publish the offices which are to be filled in such election, and the terms thereof, now;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED;

SECTION I. The Board of Trustees designated the following office as vacant at the end of the current official year to be filled at the Village Election to be held on March 21, 2023 for the following:

ONE MAYOR FOR TWO YEARS

TWO TRUSTEES FOR TWO YEARS
