PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That the Village of Woodridge Planning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 7:00pm at the Municipal Hall 2 Dairyland Road, Woodridge, NY 12789. To consider the application of Woodridge Portfolio LLC, for a proposed 2 story single family home with an existing single-family home, pool, and a guest house. Located on 50 Novogrodsky Road. This application relates to the Village of Woodridge tax parcel section 105-1-4.1 At said time and place all those interested in the subject matter of this application will be heard.
