January 22, 2024 Notice of Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Bethel Zoning Board of Appeals has scheduled a meeting on January 22, 2024 at 7:30 PM at the Dr. Duggan Community Center, 3460 State Route 55, White Lake to discuss applications that are on the agenda for the meeting.

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING will be held on the January 22, 2024 at 7:30 PM as follows:

1. Application for an Area Variance to be located at Bethel Tax Map # 35.-4-3 proposed by (MFR Development)

The above proposal is available for inspection at the office of the Building Department, 3454 State Route 55, White Lake, New York. The above proposal can also be viewed online on our website, www.townofbethelny.us. Any person(s) wishing to appear at such Public Hearing may do so in person, by attorney, and/or other representative. Communication in writing in relation thereto, may be filed with the Board, or at such Public Hearing.
