Notice is hereby given that the Town of Bethel Zoning Board of Appeals has scheduled a meeting on March 17, 2025, at 7:30 PM at the Dr. Duggan Community Center, 3460 State Route 55, White Lake to discuss applications that are on the agenda for the meeting.

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING will be held on March 17, 2025, at 7:30 PM or soon thereafter as can be heard.

1.) Public Hearing for an application for an Area Variance to be located at 75 West Shore Road known as Bethel Tax Map# 28.-3-13.4 proposed by Wagowski

The above proposal is available for inspection at the office of the Building Department, 3454 State Route 55, White Lake, New York. The above proposal can also be viewed online on our website, www.townofbethelny.us. Any person(s) wishing to appear at such Public Hearing may do so in person, by attorney, and/or other representative. Communication in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board, or at such Public Hearing.
