nonprofit organization in Swan Lake, NY is seeking sealed bids for the sale and installation of security related enhancements. The project includes: Furnishing & the installation of Closed-Circuit Television equipment. The installation would be performed on the following facilities: Dining Room, Synagogue, Beis Asher Dormitory, Beis Elchonon & Jay Dormitory & Staff facility. The selection criteria will be based on Cost, Experience/Qualifications of vendor, References, ability to conform with projected work schedule, knowledge of surveillance and security.

Bids will be accepted until 4pm on March 31, 2023 and work is to commence by May 1, 2023 and be completed by December 1, 2023.” All costs and materials per location need to be broken-down and invoiced/billed separately.

This project is funded by grant monies from the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES). As part of this grant funding, the project will be subject to the requirements of New York State Executive Law Article 15-A to promote opportunities for the participation of certified minority women or minority owned business enterprises (MWBE), as well as the employment of minority group members and women in the performance of the project. The MWBE goals established for this project are 15% of the contract for MBE and 15% of the contract for WBE. MWBE vendors are encouraged to apply to this solicitation.
