NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the completed Final Assessment Roll for the Town of Delaware, Sullivan County, New York for the year of 2023 has been filed with the Town Clerk. A certified copy will be available for inspection Monday July 3, 2023, located at the Town Hall, 104 Main Street, Hortonville, New York. Pursuant to RPTL, Section 516 (1) of the New York State Real Property Tax Law.
