LEGAL NOTICE

Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Highland will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 190 of the Town of Highland Code, on the application of Camp Fimfo-Catskill (Partnership Northgate Resorts). They are asking the Board for site plan and special use permit approval for improvements to an existing, operational campground (formerly known as the Kittatiny Campground and Canoes – Barryville base), for property identified in the Town of Highland as Section 25 Block 1 Lots 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 7, 8, 9.1, 9.2, 15, and Section 23 Block 1 Lot 6.

Said hearing will be held on the 28th day of September 2022 at the Eldred Town Hall, Proctor Road, Eldred, NY at 7:00 O’clock PM, at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
