Any debtors with claims against said district must submit claims to the Town of Rockland by mail to: Town of Rockland – HPL, 95 Main Street, PO Box 964, Livingston Manor, NY 12758 by the 15th day of October 2026. Any claims of indebtedness not received in writing by that date will no longer have validity.
