Please take notice that the Town of Cochecton Planning Board, Sullivan County, State of New York will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on September 29, 2022 at the Town Hall located at 74 Smales Road, Lake Huntington, New York 12752 for the purpose of considering the application of a minor (2) lot subdivision (SBL: 23.-1- 21.1) by Richard & Zachary Hofer. The real property is zoned rural. The Public is invited to attend in person. (Wearing facial coverings & practicing social distancing is optional).
