Public Hearing

The Town of Bethel Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting on February 28, 2022. The meeting will be held at the Town of Bethel Justice Court, 3586 State Route 55, Kauneonga Lake, at 7:30 PM. On the agenda at this time are the following;

1) Public Hearing for a proposed area variance located at 1007 SR 17B, Mongaup Valley, known as Bethel Tax Map #: 38.-2-84.1, proposed by 7X Motors. (Ryan)

The above proposals are available for inspection at the office of the Building Department, 3454 State Route 55, White Lake, New York. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communication in writing in relation thereto, may be filed with the Board, or at such hearing.
