PUBLIC HEARING

TRI-VALLEY CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section 6-d of the General Municipal Law

of the State of New York, a public hearing will be held on Thursday, August 15th, 2024,

7:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Tri-Valley Central School District Secondary School

Lower Library at which time and place the Board of Education of the Tri-Valley Central

School District will propose to appropriate up to the sum of $100,000.00 from the

repair reserve fund for the purpose of non-recurring repair of the District Offices’ solid

waste pump system. The public hearing shall be held at the time and place stated

herein.
