PUBLIC NOTICE

Please take notice that the Town of Neversink Planning Board will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Section 267, Town Law, on the application of Van & Julie Furman for the purpose of developing an Ice Cream Stand, located on NYS Route 55, Neversink NY. (SBL# 25.-1-33.13).

Said hearing will take place at the Neversink Town Hall, Grahamsville, NY on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
