Notice is hereby given: The Town of Forestburgh Planning Board’s regularly scheduled meeting will be held at the Forestburgh Town Hall, 332 King Road, Forestburgh.

Date: NOVEMBER 28, 2023

Time: 7pm

The Board will review applications for site plan approvals and special use permits for Finnegan’s Tavern and NY Forestburgh I, LLC. The application for Finnegan’s Tavern is for a small tavern located on Route 42. The application for NY Forestburgh I, LLC is for a large scale, ground-mounted solar energy system on Route 42.
