LEGAL NOTICE

Pursuant to section 103 of General Municipal Law,

Sealed bids are being requested for the following items:

NEW PLOW EQUIPMENT, HYDRAULICS, CONTROLS FOR SUCH PLOW EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION OF THAT EQUIPMENT & PREPARATION FOR FUTURE INSTALL OF 10 FT COMBINATION DUMP BODY ON 2 – 2024 MACK SINGLE AXLE 4X4 PLOW TRUCKS

Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office, 273 Main Street, PO Box 307, Grahamsville, NY 12740, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, excluding holidays.

All bids must be in the hands of the Town Clerk at the Town Hall no later than 2:00 pm on Monday, February 6, 2023 at which time or as reasonably soon thereafter, all bids will be publicly opened and read.

The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids without reason.
