LEGAL NOTICE

Pursuant to section 103 of the General Municipal Law, Sealed bids are being requested for Sand Loam delivered to Claryville, New York for use in stream restoration/water quality protection projects. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained from Sullivan County Soil and Water Conservation District's Rondout Neversink Stream Program by emailing BWagner@RondoutNeversink.org. All bids must be delivered by hand at 273 Main Street, Grahamsville, NY 12740, OR by mail to PO Box 256, Grahamsville, NY 12740. Bids must be received by 2 pm on August 10th, 2022.

The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids without reason.
