Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan / Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Monticello Housing Authority has updated its Administrative Plan. It is available for review and inspection in the office of the Authority from 7/15/2025 until 8/30/2025. Parties interested in reviewing the plan should call 845-794-6855 to arrange an appointment. A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. at the office of the Authority, in the community room, 76 Evergreen Dr., Monticello, NY 12701, to solicit public comments and adopt said plan.
