LEGAL NOTICE

There will be a Public Referendum Vote held on April 5, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Hankins Fire District for the approval of transferring $10,000.00 of an unexpended surplus of funds, into a reserve fund that will be known as the "Truck Fund", for the eventual purchase of a Truck for firefighting purposes. Only those persons who reside in the Hankins Fire District and have registered with the County of Sullivan Board of Elections shall be eligible to vote at the Hankins Fire District, 20 Newman Hill Road, Hankins, New York.
