Notice of Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Bethel Planning Board has scheduled a meeting on August 1, 2022 at 7:30 PM at the Dr. Duggan Community Center, 3460 State Route 55, White Lake to discuss applications that are on the agenda for the meeting.

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING will be held on the same date at 7:30 PM as follows:

1. Public Hearing for a three-lot subdivision located at 197 McKay Rd, known as Bethel Tax Map # 11.-1-6.3, proposed by John McFarland III/ Fulton.

The above proposal is available for inspection at the office of the Building Department, 3454 State Route 55, White Lake, New York. Persons wishing to appear at such Public Hearing may do so in person, by attorney, and/or other representative. Communication in writing in relation thereto, may be filed with the Board, or at such Public Hearing.
