NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on April 11, 2024 @ 7:30pm, at the Town Hall, 19 Legion Street Jeffersonville, N.Y., for a two lot subdivision, property located at 130 Dyker road, in the Town of Callicoon, Parcel Section 20, Block 1, Lot 20.9. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board at such hearing.
