Please take notice that the Town of Cochecton Planning Board, Sullivan County, New York State will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on April 25, 2024, at the Town Hall located at 74 Smales Road, Lake Huntington, New York for the purpose of considering the Site Plan Application submitted by the Broadway Group, LLC. The said property is identified by tax map number 2-1-47 located at 1161 County Road 114, Cochecton, New York. The project consists of a new retail store/Dollar General. Interested parties are invited to attend and to give their comments.
