Public Hearing Notice

Please take notice that the Town of Cochecton Planning Board, Sullivan County, New York State will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on April 28, 2022, at the Town Hall located at 74 Smales Road, Lake Huntington, New York for the purpose of considering the Site Plan Review of 6649 State Route 52 LLC (SBL:10.-1-34.1) formerly Pete's Pub66 by Irene Nikolai and Lila Frodesen. The existing structure will consist of three (3) apartments with two (2) bedrooms/apartment and six (6) parking spaces for year-round rentals. The public is invited to attend in person. (Wearing facial covering and practicing social distancing if optional).
