Public Hearing Notice

Please take notice that the Town of Cochecton Planning Board, Sullivan County, New York State, will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on July 28, 2022, at the Town Hall located at 74 Smales Road, Lake Huntington, New York for the purpose of considering the Site Plan Review – Home Based Business by Kevin Nicoletti. Said property is identified by tax map number 1-1-39.9 located at 519 County Road 114 The project consists of construction of a new garage using the same driveway and water system and construction of a new sewer system. The garage will house a hair salon employing one person with one customer for care at one time. Interested parties are invited to attend and to give their comments.
