TOWN OF DELAWARE

PUBLIC NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Delaware in the County of Sullivan, State of New York, on November 3, 2021, duly enacted Local Law No. 2 for the year 2021, and entered it in its minutes.

Said proposed local provides for the fixing of sewer rent rates Sewer District No. 1 (Kohlertown) and Sewer District No. 2 (Callicoon) of the Town of Delaware for the year 2022. The proposed local law provides that in Sewer District No. 1 operation and maintenance shall be charged at the rate of $441.28 per unit and capital shall be charged at the rate of $16.73 per unit. The proposed local law provides that in Sewer District No. 2 operation and maintenance shall be charged at the rate of $536.92 per unit.

Said local law No. 2 for the year 2021 shall take effect upon or after the filing of the same in the office of the Secretary of State.
