TOWN OF FORESTBURGH

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Board of the Town of Forestburgh (“Town”), County of Sullivan, State of New York will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the Forestburgh Town Hall, 332 King Road, Forestburgh, New York on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) filings and implications of the application for a Special Use Permit and Site Plan Application of Grand Luxury Retreat for forty-two (42) cabins, spa, lodge, and event center. The parcel is located at 80 Tannery Road, Forestburgh, New York, identified as Town of Forestburgh parcel Section 24, Block 1, Lot 3.

The Application for a Special Use Permit and Site Plan Approval and site plans are on file and may be inspected at the Town Code Enforcement Office, 332 King Road, Forestburgh, New York prior to the Public Hearing.
