TOWN OF LUMBERLAND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

FOR THE PROPOSED LUMBERLAND FIRE DEPARTMENT CONTRACT BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Board

of the Town of Lumberland will hold a Public Hearing on

the proposed Lumberland Fire Department contract renewal

with the Town of Lumberland at 10:00am on Tuesday,

December 23, 2025 at the Lumberland Town Hall, 1052 Proctor

Road, Glen Spey, N.Y., at which time any interested

person may be heard in favor of or against this proposed

contract renewal.
