TOWN OF LUMBERLAND PLANNING BOARD

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please take note that the Town of Lumberland Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 213-11 of the Town law at 1054 Proctor Road, Glen Spey, NY 12737 on Monday, August 10, 2026 at 7:35pm, regarding the application of C&C Lakefront Properties, LLC for approval of a 4-lot residential subdivision. The property involved is located on the southeast side of the Kalin-Weber and Australia Road Intersection in the Town of Lumberland and is shown on the Town Tax Map as Section 12., Block 1, Lot 19. The property consists of approximately 25.32 acres in the RR Zoning District.

Plans can be reviewed in the Town Hall located at 1054 Proctor Road, Glen Spey, New York. The public may attend the Hearing or provide written comments. Written comments may be submitted via mail or hand delivered to Lumberland Town Hall, ATTN: Planning Board Clerk, at the above address, and received by 5:00pm on August 10, 2026.
