NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION

EXPENDITURE FROM HIGHWAY VEHICLE AND

EQUIPMENT CAPITAL RESERVE FUND

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Mamakating, at a regular meeting held on May 7, 2024, duly adopted a resolution, subject to permissive referendum, to expend $612,450.00 from the Highway Vehicle and Equipment Capital Reserve Fund for the purchase from Amthor Welding of a Western Star truck and a Navistar truck.
