TOWN OF NEVERSINK

PUBLIC NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Neversink, in the County of Sullivan, State of New York, on November 8, 2024, duly enacted Local Law No. 1 of the Year 2024, entitled “A local law to override for fiscal year 2025 the tax levy limit established by General Municipal Law section 3-c for the Town of Neversink, Sullivan County, New York,” and entered it in its minutes.

The aforesaid local law enables the Town Board of the Town of Neversink, pursuant to New York State General Municipal Law Section 3-c, to adopt a budget for fiscal year 2025 that exceeds the tax levy limit established by General Municipal Law section 3-c.
