BUDGET HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, a Public Hearing on Village of Jeffersonville 2022-23 Budgets and 2022-23 tax, water and sewer rates will be held Wednesday, March 9th, 2022 beginning at 6:15p.m. in the Russell E. Duttweiler Communty Center, 2nd Floor of 17 Center St., Jeffersonville, NY.

Please note, there is no change in the tax rate which remains at $7.04 per $1,000 of assessed value and water rates will remain the same as 2021-22. The 2022-23 Sewer Warrant will remain at $450.00 per unit for Operation and Maintenance and a Capital Fee in the amount of$104.71 per unit will again be assessed for repayment of a 5 year $200,000 Bond secured for the purpose of upgrading the WWTP. Copies of the proposed budget and proposed rates are available at Village Hall, 17 Center St., Jeffersonville, NY.
