NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Liberty will accept sealed bids for the following surplus equipment: 2011 Chevrolet Silvarado 35 Pickup Truck. Detailed specifications may be obtained at the Village Clerk's Office, 167 North Main Street, Liberty, New York. Sealed bids will be opened on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time at the Office of the Village Clerk, 167 North Main Street, Liberty, NY at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each bid wmust contain a non-collusive bidding certificate in the compliance with the provisions of the General Municipal law. The Village of Liberty reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
